Leadership, Development & Tiger Pride Leading Into a New Season

With the 2025 season now wrapped up, the Wingham Tigers is already turning its focus to a bigger, stronger, and more connected Season 2026.

We are proud to officially announce our coaching appointments across all grades as we continue to invest in our club’s pathways, performance, and community.

FIRST GRADE – CO-COACHES

Mitch Collins & Andrew Neaves

Wingham Tigers are excited to confirm Mitch Collins and Andrew Neaves as our 2026 First Grade Co-Coaches.

Mitch returns to lead the top squad with his trademark passion, discipline, and commitment to excellence — qualities that have shaped a strong First Grade culture over the years.

Joining him is Premiership-winning U18s Coach, Andrew Neaves, who guided our 2024 Under 18s to a Grand Final victory. With extensive experience from the Penrith district, Andrew brings a strong development focus and tactical insight to the senior ranks.

Together, Mitch and Andrew form a dynamic coaching partnership ready to build on momentum and drive success into the new season.

RESERVE GRADE – CO-COACHES

Aaron Groom & Kurt Croker

We are proud to announce Aaron Groom and Kurt Croker as our Reserve Grade Co-Coaches for 2026.

Aaron returns after a positive 2025 season, bringing experience, leadership, and a deep connection to the club.

He is joined by 2025 Under 18s Coach, Kurt Croker, who now steps up to the senior grade after a strong year guiding our developing players. Kurt’s energy, passion, and club-first mindset make him an exciting addition.

This coaching duo combines experience and fresh enthusiasm — and we look forward to big things from Reserve Grade in 2026.

UNDER 18s – CO-COACHES

Harry Lewis & Dan Murray

Our first announcement for the 2026 season introduces our Under 18s Co-Coaches: Harry Lewis and Dan Murray.

Harry and Dan bring passion, commitment, and a strong focus on developing our next generation of Tigers. Their leadership will play a vital role in preparing young players for the transition into senior football, both on and off the field.

The Tigers community is encouraged to get behind Harry and Dan as they lead our future stars in 2026.
